WHERE CAN I PAY

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Prepare the following information when paying for your Premium:  

Policy Number
Full Name of Policy Owner
Premium Due

2. Use the Bills Payment Slip when paying thru any of our bank/collection partners.
3. Indicate Manulife as the “Biller” and your “Policy Number” as the Reference/Subscriber Number.
4. Premium/installment payments made through banks and accredited collection centers are posted to your Manulife policy one to three (1-3) banking days after transaction date.

To use the above phone and internet banking facilities, you must enroll your account with your respective bank.

FOR DOLLAR (USD) DENOMINATED POLICIES
 
You may pay over-the-counter at China Bank and BDO.  
Email a copy of your transaction slip to PHCustomerCare@manulife.com for validation and payment posting.

Reminder:

• Email a copy of your remittance slip to phcustomercare@manulife.com as proof of payment.
• Any additional charges, whether from the originating branch or inward charges, will be shouldered by the client.
• Only the Net Amount credited to The Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. (Phils.) Inc  account will be posted to your  corresponding policy/ies
• Posting of payment will be done upon confirmation of Manulife.

Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA)

To use the ADA facility, you must enroll your Manulife account in the following banks and submit the ADA form together with the requirements (click the bank name below to access the ADA Retry Form/Authorization to Debit Account) to a Manulife branch near you.

Pay online via myManulife Website.

Pay over-the-counter at any Manulife branch:

a) Straight Charge for any Visa / MasterCard / AmEx / JCB / CUP

b) 0% Installment Plans for BDO or Citibank Credit Card 

- BDO or Citibank credit card holders can pay their premium in 3 monthly installments at 0% interest.
- Minimum premium to be paid should be PhP 3,000.00
- This interest-free installment offer is available for annual, semi-annual and quarterly payment modes only.

 

Auto-Pay Transaction (except for CUP credit card)

Should you wish to enroll in our Credit Card Auto-Pay System, enroll your account to Manulife. Click here to access the form

Upon due date, your premium payment will be billed directly to your Mastercard / VISA / AmEx / JCB credit card. For further inquiry, please contact our Customer Care Hotline at 884-7000. 

 

Reminder:

Credit Card payment will only be allowed for regular premium payments. The following are NOT allowed for credit card transactions:

Split Transactions (multiple swipe using one credit card)
Fund Accumulator and Premium Deposit Fund
Single Premium: Variable Life (Single Pay)/Top-up payments
Cash Loan Repayments

 

BANCNET

• Pay online via myManulife Website

- Online payment is limited to Premium Paying policies with Regular Billing Method
- Online facility can be used to pay premium dues and loan interest/s only. Third party payment is not allowed.
-  Available for Peso denominated policies only

• Pay online via Bancnet online payment 

 

Debit Card

• Pay over-the-counter at any Manulife branch nationwide using Megalink Expressnet and Bancnet debit cards.
