Contest Mechanics
- Fill out the form above to submit your entry.
- Submit your entry to qualify for the contest.
- Deadline of entries: February 28, 2021
- Prizes at stake: A total of ten (15) activity trackers will be given to 15 winners (one activity tracker per winner)
- Only one (1) entry per participant will be accepted. In case of duplicate entries, the latest entry submitted will be considered as the official entry. Participants can only win once during the whole contest period.
- All winning entries will be posted in Manulife Philippines’ Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
- Contest is open to Filipino citizens, 18 to 50 years old, currently residing in the Philippines.
- Criteria for judging
• 40% inspiring story of resilience in 2021
• 60% insights for moving forward - Judging of entries shall only be done by authorized Manulife Representatives. Schedule of judging shall be on March 1, 2021.
- Winners will be announced on March 5, 2021.
- Winners will be informed by Manulife Philippines via email. Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ preferred address.
- Winners must present one 1 valid government issued ID (preferably SSS, Philippine Passport, Foreign Passport with ACR, UMID, Driver’s License). In the event the winner is not eligible, prize may be transferrable to an eligible immediate family member.
- Winners must respond to the notification and verify their identity within 60 days from the date Manulife Philippines sends out the notification. Prizes left unclaimed after the said period will be forfeited in favor of Manulife Philippines.
- Manulife Philippines reserves the right to delete, disclaim, and report any improper posts/entries. These actions shall not in any way preclude Manulife from taking any other appropriate actions against the poster/owner of the said improper post or entry.
- Manulife Philippines, Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation, Manulife Asset Management and Trust Corporation, and Manulife IT Delivery Center employees, agents, agent’s employees, ad agencies, third party suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this contest.
- By tagging ManulifePH in their post or submitting an entry, participants hereby warrant that they own or have the authority to submit the entry to this contest and allow its public use by Manulife Philippines. Participants also warrant that their entries do not violate any Philippine law or contract to which they are a party.
Participants further warrant that such entry has not been used in any marketing or contest or promo materials. Participants transfer to Manulife (which includes its subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and licensees) all intellectual property and ownership rights to their entry and any component thereof.
Participants further warrant that they have the authority to transfer to Manulife such rights and hereby hold Manulife free and harmless against loss and damage from any claim, demands, actions, liabilities and the like that may be brought by any third person against Manulife as a result of or related to the submission of participant’s post or entry and/or the use by Manulife of said post or entry.
Participants further agree to abide by all other terms and conditions of this contest which are now or may later be issued by Manulife. - By joining the contest, the Participant consents and permits Manulife Philippines, Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation, Manulife Asset Management and Trust Corporation, and Manulife IT Delivery Center, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and third party contractors, to use his her name and/or other personal information for publicity purposes including publication (via internet or otherwise), printing of materials, and other advertisements or announcements connected to the contest.
