Manulife Investment Management and Trust Corporation

Manulife Investment Management and Trust Corporation (Manulife IM (Philippines)) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. (Phils.). It acquired its trust and other fiduciary license from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in 2017 and started operations in September 2017.

Manulife IM (Philippines) is part of the global network of asset management companies of Manulife Investment Management.

Manulife China Bank

Manulife Philippines has a strong and strategic alliance with China Bank. Together, they form the bancassurance Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation. This helps Manulife to provide a wide range of insurance products and services to China Bank customers.

Manulife Financials Plans, Inc. (MFP) is a subsidiary of Manulife Philippines. It aims to offer high quality pension and education plans to the public. This was approved on August 24, 2000, by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a way for Manulife Philippines to operate its Pension & Education (P&E) affiliate.
