Full Promo Terms and Conditions

1.     The “Double boost” promo post is posted on Manulife’s official Facebook page, @manulifeph.

2.    Those who join the Promo shall be referred to as “Participants”.

3.     Existing Manulife policyowners who want to join the Promo may reach out to their Financial Advisor, who will provide them with further details. Item numbers 5 to 18 of the terms and conditions shall also apply.

4.    Non-Manulife policyowners who want to join the Promo must click the link on the Double Boost Promo post. They will be directed to a Promo page housed on Manulife Philippines’ website.

        a)    On the Promo campaign page, Participants that are non-Manulife policyowners must fill out the following fields to register for an appointment with a Manulife Financial Advisor:

        ·         First name

        ·         Last name

        ·         Mobile number

        ·         Email address

        ·         Location

        Note: All fields are required

        c)    Tick the box for Joining Manulife Social Media Promo

                By joining the Promo, the Participant consents and permits Manulife Philippines, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and third-party                 contractors, to use the Participant’s name and/or other personal information for publicity purposes including publication (via internet or otherwise),                 printing of materials, and other advertisements or announcements connected to the Promo.

        d)    Participants must tick the required boxes to successfully register for an appointment with a Manulife Financial Advisor.

5.     Participants will earn one (1) raffle entry upon completion of an appointment with a Manulife Financial Advisor where a presentation of FutureBoost is made, as confirmed by Manulife’s Official Tracking and Monitoring Report (the “Report”).

6.    Only those Participants who have completed their appointment and presentation from February 21 to March 31, 2022 (the “Promo Period”) will qualify to join the raffle.

7.    Upon completion of the Participant’s appointment where a presentation of FutureBoost is made, the Manulife Financial Advisor will submit the Report to Manulife Philippines, which, upon confirmation by Manulife’s Marketing Team, will entitle the Participant to one (1) raffle entry.  A confirmation email will also be sent to the Participant upon submission of the Report.

8.   Prizes at stake: A pair of Adidas UltraBoost sneakers or Store vouchers worth Php 1,500

Important note: Store vouchers can only be redeemed in select-branches of adidas within Metro Manila.

9.     Winners will be notified via SMS and email.

10.    Participants can only win once during the Promo Period.

11.    The Promo is open to participants 21 years old and above, residing in the Philippines. Only one (1) raffle entry per person is allowed during the Promo Period.

12.    Winners will be announced on May 2022.

13.    Winners will receive a form together with a catalog of shoe designs and sizes available to choose from. To claim the prizes, winners must provide the following and must present one (1) valid government issued ID (preferably SSS, Philippine Passport, Foreign Passport with ACR, UMID, Driver’s License):

        ·         Preferred delivery address

        ·         Mobile number

        ·         Email address

        ·         Preferred design

        ·         Preferred size

        ·         Valid ID

14.  Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by winners.

15.   Manulife Philippines, Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation, Manulife Investment Management PH, and Manulife IT Delivery Center’s ad agencies, third party suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and as well as employees of Manulife Philippines’ agents are disqualified from joining this Promo.

16.  Participants must agree to abide by all other terms and conditions of this Promo which are now or may later be issued by Manulife.

17.  By joining the Promo, the Participant consents and permits Manulife Philippines, Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation, Manulife Investment Management PH and Manulife IT Delivery Center, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and third party contractors, to use his her name and/or other personal information for publicity purposes including publication (via internet or otherwise), printing of materials, and other advertisements or announcements connected to the Promo.

18.  All questions or disputes regarding the Promo will be resolved by Manulife Philippines management at their sole discretion, and their decision shall be final. The Participant waives any right to contest this final decision in any court or other governmental authority or agency.

19. adidas Philippines Inc. is only a prize supplier for the Promo and is not otherwise involved in the conduct of the Promo and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any person as the result of the conduct of the Promo.
