Employee Security Program
Provide your employees with life protection, additional hospitalization benefits, and financial assistance.
Life insurance protection for your members
The designated beneficiaries will receive a lump sum amount in case of untimely demise of the insured member.
Accidental death, disablement, & dismemberment benefit
The insured member or his beneficiary will receive a lump sum amount in case of death, disability or loss of identified body parts of the insured due to accident.
Total and permanent disability benefit
The insured member will receive a lump sum amount if he becomes totally and permanently disabled for six consecutive months. This is to compensate his lost income because of the disability.
Accidental medical reimbursement benefit
The insured member may reimburse medical expenses incurred from the treatment and care he received due to an accidental injury that occurred 30 days after the date of the accident.
Daily hospital income benefit
The insured member will receive a fix benefit amount for each day of confinement in a hospital up to a maximum of 31 days to help him pay for the cost of hospitalization.
The insured member will get paid a lump sum amount if he is diagnosed with any one of the identified Critical Illnesses.
Terminal illness benefit
The insured member will receive an advance payment equal to 50% of the basic life coverage
If he is diagnosed to be terminally ill and has less than twelve months to live.
Family assistance benefit
Upon death notification, the family of the insured member will receive an amount to help cover expenses or settle outstanding debts and liabilities brought about by the death of the member.
