Special benefits

From March 23 to June 30, 2020, Manulife Philippines is providing the following additional benefits to customers diagnosed with COVID-19 at no additional cost:

Additional Hospitalization Benefit

Customers with Hospitalization Benefit coverage will receive an additional P1,500 per day of hospitalization, up to a maximum of 10 days.

New Diagnosis Benefit*

Customers with Critical Illness coverage will receive a one-time Diagnosis Benefit of P10,000, upon being diagnosed positive for COVID-19.

* Applicable to customers diagnosed with COVID-19 from March 23 to June 30, 2020. Terms and Conditions apply.

Branch advisory

In support of the government's efforts to fight against the spread of COVID-19, all our Metro Manila and Luzon branches will be temporarily closed until theend of the enhanced community quarantine period.

The following branches in Visayas and Mindanao will also be temporarily closed until the end of the enhanced community quarantine period:

  • All Cebu branches
  • Davao
  • Iligan
  • Iloilo
  • Kalibo
  • Ormoc
  • Pagadian
  • Roxas
  • Tacloban
  • Tagbilaran
  • Valencia
  • Zamboanga

All other branches in Visayas and Mindanao are open on weekdays from 9am to 3pm.
