One of the most challenging decisions I’ve had to make in my life was letting go of my CPA profession to become a financial advisor.

I was at a crossroads when I decided to venture into the insurance industry. I joined Manulife with no expectations. However, I was sure that I didn’t want an 8-to-5 job and wanted to work at my own pace. I sought a career where I could develop my innate skills and earn enough to allow me to support my family, my ministry, and my life as a young professional.

With discipline, determination, and passion, I was able to soar high in the business. It’s been ultimately rewarding, especially serving your clients and being trusted by them with your services. It’s a noble profession, and so far, I’ve secured over 200 lives in the past seven years!

This job hasn’t been a walk in the park as it has tested my character. Yet, it gives me profound happiness. My job is like a doctor who handles numerous patients as I provide much-needed help in securing their lives.

The longer you stay in the business, the more you realize how important your role is as an insurance advisor. Your clients become your family, and you become part of theirs.
