Getting your benefits is as simple as 1-2-3

With eClaims, claiming your benefits is easy and hassle free! Here's how:

Enter your Policy Number and Certificate Number, select a claim type, and upload supporting documents​

You will receive an email notification if you need to submit additional documents or if your request has been approved or denied, within 15-25 business days.​

Once approved, you will receive your insurance benefit through your preferred disbursement facility within 2 business days.​

You can use eClaims to file a claim online for the following benefits:

  • Outpatient
  • Hospitalization
  • Major Disease/Critical Illness
  • Disability
  • Death

 

  • Human Resources representative, Financial Advisor, or insurance broker
  • A person with Special Power of Attorney (SPA)* to confirm rights to file for a claim on behalf of the policy owner or policy beneficiary.
  • If you’re an employee covered with a Manulife group policy, please reach out to your HR representative to assist you with claim filing

*Please upload a copy of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA)*  upon filing

 

  1. Input the policy number and certificate number of the policy you want to make a claim for.
  2. Select the claim type:
    • Outpatient
    • Hospitalization
    • Major Disease/Critical Illness
    • Disability
    • Death
  3. Upload specified documents required for your claim and provide a mobile number, so we can keep you updated about your submission.

If you’re an HR representative, Financial Advisor, insurance broker,  please reach out to our Group Admin team so they can give you access to the certificate numbers of your members/employees.

If you’re a member or an employee, you may reach out to your HR representative for assistance.

No, you can only file one group member claim in one transaction

No, you need to submit all required documents to go through with the claims filling

Yes. 8MB per file and total of 60MB collectively.

You can follow up on your claim by emailing phclaims@manulife.com. Please indicate your reference number in the subject line.

You and your Financial Advisor will receive an email notification from phclaims@manulife.com if your claim is approved or denied.

Your claim benefit will be deposited to the bank account you provided in the payment details option in eClaims.
