If you’re an HR representative, Financial Advisor, insurance broker, please reach out to our Group Admin team so they can give you access to the certificate numbers of your members/employees.
If you’re a member or an employee, you may reach out to your HR representative for assistance.
No, you can only file one group member claim in one transaction

Yes. 8MB per file and total of 60MB collectively.
You can follow up on your claim by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate your reference number in the subject line.
You and your Financial Advisor will receive an email notification from email@example.com if your claim is approved or denied.
Your claim benefit will be deposited to the bank account you provided in the payment details option in eClaims.
